sydney has gone all hot (and smokey)….

its 8:20am, and its 31 degrees…

last night didnt get below 28 degrees.

hockey last inght was ok, the other team turned up drunk, which is never fun, we drew 3-3. i played centre half for most of it, thus more running, im getting better, and now can run!.. well more thna I was at the start.

still have a broken step thingy, but yesterday would have been around 5000 + hockey.

this morning on the scales, it was right on 112, maybe even 111.8… its coming down!
