owwie…

i have a sore knee, i did something to it last night at hockey.

hockey started again monday night. I umpired and then played monday night, and played 2 games last night, and it seems ive strained somehitng.

this morning I was back on the bike. after 4 days of slacking off, (ive been really bad)

even with the sore knee, what a trooper. I was a bit slower this morning, but I also lifted the machines intensity. only 9.2km. only 821.2km to melbourne.. 🙂

I have a lot of time still, and need to keep up the intensity, just 10km a day..

This weekend is looking to be a busy one, we are going to melbourne to meet the wedding celebrant, there is some law that makes it a requirement 🙂

and christine's grandmother has a birtday party, they are taking her up in a hot air balloon sunday morning, it will be nice. hopefully the weather is good,

i think we are also going snorkling, and dinner/visits,. we will even visit the gardens where our wedding is going to happen, and visit the resturant where our event is.
