I pushed myself too hard this morning.

I was at 14.5km with just over 1 min to go, and really pushed hard to get to 15km. I managed 15km, but i should ahve just accepted what I had, it took me a good 20 mins to recover! i really was stuffed. hopefully it was helping with the campaign..

its getting easier, im also better understanding this bike im using, so i can adjust it, and get the best out of it.

110kg this mornign. too much potato and green olive tagine for dinner last night 🙂

so, day4, 35 mins, 15km, 830.4km to go! , im just south of narallen road.

we were going camping this coming weekend, but chrisitnes masters supervisor is back from holidays, and off to america next week, (for 2 years) and she has 1-2 days left in getting her document ready to submit,. so we will stay in sydney and get that finished, much more important than a camping trip, we had planned to got the glow worm cave (old railway tunnel) in the wollemi national park near lithgow.

hopefully the weatehr is nice and we can go snorkling, hopefully. maybe another fish and chip dinner, YUM!!

i guess it gives me another 2 days worth of mornings to ride. another 25-30km! and some more time to get chrisitnes parenmts laptop fixed!
