day 3.

felt like day 2, meshed with a lingering day 1.

after hockey tuesday night, ( we lost 2-1)

i headed onto work, (again).

this time, not everything went to plan, and I didnt get home until 5am.

wednesday had a meeting at 10am I could not get out of, but i was able to call into it.

but this meant wednesday was a quiet day, i spent the day at home.

wednesday night after dinner, (roast vegies) i headed to the ham radio club im a member of.

i didnt have the thiny on, but it would have been around 1000-1500 steps. not many at all.

today, hopefully I can manage more steps, but 3 days of almost 24hrs of work, has me stuffed.
