Day-6

saturday, and I slept in, well kind of.. i woke at 6am, and then 7, but managed to sleep until just beofre 9. id taken some photos of a f1-11 at the airshow last weekened, and a rather excited chap who runs a f1-11 website wanted to link to them, id replied to his email with my terms (i own copyright, blah blah) and said, if he wanted to ask any more questions. well he rang to thank me and make sure it was ok.. like I said, very excited id said yes..

anyway, by 9 i was well awake. though out of milk, so no morning coffee.. which is never good,

saturday morning is shopping day, so we headed off to the centre, to do out daily shop,

the cost of food has gone up a bit recently, drought is takings its toll, we generally start at the butcher, then move onto the green grocer, bakery, chicken shop, then to coles for the remaining groceyies

we have a budget/limit a week, $120 for everything. and for a while it was doing great, but now the fruit shop seems to be hacking it in the gonads..

todays fruit/vegie selection was $83..

and we didnt get anything over the top, excessive or the like. but we have really cut back on meat, so its not that big a deal.

back home, and i was really tierd, aftre lunch (fresh rolls) i had a sleep, 3 and a bit hours.

and then, i changed my bike tyres over, i had some pretty agressive mountain bike tred on my old tyres, but brought a set of semi slick (city) rubber, and swapped it this afternoon, thanks chris for helping, though my bike does now wobble, the real axel seems to have shat a bearing, i guess im going to have to get it looked at/into..

then, dinner and iorn chef, and now im ready for bed. (i cooked pad thai tonight) and chris is working on chapter 5 (still) come on chris, you can do it, not long now 😀

, 112 kg (again), and 6472 steps.

tomorrow, sunday, more sleep, (daylight savings starts) and who knows. give the house a bit of a tidy up, I guess.. maybe go test drive these new tyres as well..
